BRIGIDO J. DULAY

A merit scholar and dean's lister, Mr. Dulay graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 1989 (Ll. B.). He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1990 after ranking 21st place out of 3,012 bar examinees in the 1989 Bar Examinations.

He has since served as general counsel, legal counsel, Corporate Secretary and Director in several public and private companies, both foreign and local. He has acted for domestic and international clients in diverse industries including energy, business process outsourcing, contact centers, fertilizers, grains, electronics, furniture, shopping centers and malls, information technology, and general trading.

His practice includes energy, corporate and commercial, taxation, real property and intellectual property.

He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines [IPAP], the Asian Patent Attorneys' Association [APAA] based in Singapore, the Association Internationale Pour La Protection de la Propriete Industrielle [AIPPI] based in Switzerland, the Telecommunications, the Broadcasting Association of the Philippines [TELEBAP],the International Hydropower Association based in London, UK, and the World Council for Renewable Energy [WCRE] based in Germany.

He has been a Professorial Lecturer of commercial law at De La Salle University and St. Scholastica's College, the leading private undergraduate schools in the Philippines.

He is also a co-host of the influential and nationally-syndicated political radio show ["Karambola sa DWIZ" 882AM] and a contributor/columnist for the "Philippines Graphic" and "Philippine Free Press" news magazines.

SINFOROSO R. PAGUNSAN

While a working student, Mr. Pagunsan obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 1989. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar after garnering ninth (9th) place in the 1989 Bar Examinations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pagunsan was a law clerk for Associate Justice Florentino P. Feliciano of the Philippine Supreme Court.

Mr. Pagunsan has a Master of Science in Economics degree from De La Salle University in 1994. His thesis was an interdisciplinary approach to law and economics entitled "The Economic Approach to Litigation: A Case of Philippine Judicial Procedure."

He specializes in corporate and commercial law, litigation, real property law and education law. He currently serves as legal counsel and Corporate Secretary to several renowned companies and private educational institutions and school systems in the Philippines. He has also been a Professorial Lecturer at the De La Salle University for the past 14 years.

Mr. Pagunsan is also the author of the university textbook, "The Law and Advertising" (DLSU Press, 2004), and editor of "The Virginia M. Diaz Reader" (DLSU Press, 2001).

ALLAN U. TY

Concurrent with his business endeavors, Mr. Ty obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Arellano Law School in 2000 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year [2001]. He has since served as legal counsel, Corporate Secretary and Director in many prominent Philippine companies in the energy and banking sectors.

He is also a successful entrepreneur with business interests in the petroleum, renewable energy, trading, banking and real property sectors. He has travelled extensively to the Americas, Europe and Asia where he acquired a significant international network. Leveraging his legal and business expertise, he was appointed and serves as Director of the Cagayan Export Zone Authority [CEZA] in Northern Philippines, one of the leading economic zones in the country.

Mr. Ty specializes in energy, real property, and corporate and commercial law.

Mr. Ty is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
